Use Instructions

  • Ensure the sample thickness is at least 6mm; if not, stack layers up to a maximum of 18mm.

  • Place the tester perpendicularly on the sample and apply the indenter.

  • Hold the tester for 1 second at each of three points on the sample.

  • The device displays the average hardness value for the three test points.

  • For best accuracy, use on clean, even surfaces and follow the included user manual.
