Vibration/ Tilt Sensor

The vibration sensor is also called a piezoelectric sensor. These sensors are flexible devices that are used for measuring various processes. This sensor uses the piezoelectric effects while measuring the changes within acceleration, pressure, temperature, force otherwise strain by changing to an electrical charge. The vibration analysis is used as a tool to determine equipment condition as well as the specific location and type of problems. The sensor output is an AC signal proportional to the vibration of the structure at the mounting point of the sensor.
