Troubleshooting: No Output / Product Appears Non-Functional :- Check the UVP LED indicator first. If the LED is red, it indicates that the Input Under Voltage Protection (UVP) feature has been activated. If the set UVP value falls within the supply input voltage range, the device will not provide output as per its protection function. This may cause the product to appear non-functional, even though it is operating as designed. The value can be changed via potentiometer present on the input side.
