Description

This high-power PWM DC motor speed controller gives smooth, stepless speed control of brushed DC motors from 10V to 50V DC, at up to 60A and 3000W. Speed is set with an external rotary potentiometer that has a built-in on/off switch. An onboard aluminium heatsink keeps the MOSFETs cool under heavy loads. It suits e-bikes and carts, conveyors, pumps, fans, HHO setups, and DIY high-current builds.

  • Wide input range: 10–50V DC, so one board covers 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V systems
  • High current handling: rated up to 60A, with up to 3000W at 50V
  • PWM control at 15kHz: smooth, quiet motor operation with low heat loss
  • Stepless speed adjustment: duty cycle runs from about 5–10% up to 100% via the rotary potentiometer
  • Switch-integrated potentiometer: on/off and speed control on one knob, pre-wired on a flying lead
  • Heatsink-cooled MOSFET stage: aluminium heat dissipation for sustained loads
  • Low standby draw: quiescent current of 40mA or less
  • Screw-terminal I/O: secure power and motor connections for high-current wiring
