The Daly 20S 72V 40A BMS is a high-quality lithium battery protection board designed for 20-series lithium battery packs with balance charging functionality. It incorporates an A-level integrated circuit (IC) that ensures precise battery management and protection. With a continuous discharge current of 40A and advanced power MOSFETs featuring low internal resistance and high voltage tolerance, this BMS offers reliable performance and enhanced efficiency.
Equipped with a heat sink for efficient cooling, the BMS supports accurate voltage detection for each cell, preventing overcharging and over-discharge. The device also features robust overcurrent and short circuit protection, safeguarding both the battery pack and the PCB from damage during prolonged short circuits. Continuous temperature monitoring via NTC sensors enables thermal protection during charging and discharging cycles, ensuring safety and battery longevity.
The Daly BMS is extremely energy efficient, consuming less than 100μA, and is protected with a high anti-corrosion, waterproof, and high-impedance ESD conformal coating for durability in harsh environments.
