Description

The ADS1115 I2C 16-Bit ADC Module is a high-resolution analog-to-digital converter designed for microcontrollers that lack onboard ADC or require enhanced precision. Based on the ADS1115 chip, it supports four single-ended or two differential input channels and includes a programmable gain amplifier with up to 16 times signal boost.

It operates from 2 to 5.5 volts and communicates via I2C, making it compatible with both 3.3 volt and 5 volt systems. The module offers a flexible data rate from 8 to 860 samples per second and features an internal oscillator and programmable comparator. Onboard ferrite beads reduce power noise, and the I2C address is configurable, allowing up to four modules on the same bus.
