The Leadshine DM322E is a compact, high-performance digital stepper motor driver engineered for smooth, quiet, and efficient motion control. Designed for simplicity and reliability, it is ideal for driving NEMA 11, 14, 16, and 17 hybrid stepper motors in demanding industrial and automation applications. The DM322E supports both 2-phase (1.8°) and 4-phase (0.9°) motors and offers step & direction control (PUL/DIR), making it highly versatile for motion applications such as CNC routers, pick-and-place machines, laser cutters, and labeling systems.
With DIP switch configuration, users can easily select from 8 microstepping resolutions (400–12,800 steps/rev) and 8 output current settings (0.3A–2.2A peak). Advanced anti-resonance technology ensures optimal torque performance with minimal vibration, reduced motor heating, and lower acoustic noise. It supports up to 70 kHz pulse frequency and includes key protections such as over-voltage and over-current safety.
