The SEA YF-DN40-S-SM Stainless Steel Water Flow Sensor is a high-capacity turbine flowmeter designed to measure water flow accurately in large-diameter industrial or commercial systems. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this sensor is resistant to corrosion, mechanical wear, and harsh operating environments.
It is designed with an integrated hall-effect sensor and turbine assembly housed within a G1.5 inch threaded body, allowing precise monitoring of high-volume water flow. As water passes through the sensor, the turbine rotates, generating a digital NPN pulse output that reflects the actual flow rate.
Operating at a working voltage of 3.5 to 24V DC, it supports flow rates from 5 to 150 liters per minute, with a pulse output of approximately 27 pulses per liter. Its frequency output is around 0.45 Hz per liter per minute, with a maximum working temperature of 100 Celsius and pressure resistance up to 1.75 MPa.
