Description

The W3230 Digital Temperature Controller is a compact, high-precision microcomputer thermostat designed for real-time thermal monitoring and intelligent temperature control. Featuring wide voltage support (AC 110–220V), this device is engineered to deliver exceptional stability and flexibility in both heating and cooling applications.

Equipped with an NTC10K waterproof sensor, the W3230 can accurately measure temperatures ranging from -55°C to 120°C with a high resolution of 0.1°C and control accuracy of ±0.1°C. This makes it suitable for critical applications like aquariums, incubators, fermentation systems, and industrial automation setups where precise temperature regulation is vital.

The unit features a dual-color LED display (red and blue) that clearly shows the current and set temperature simultaneously for quick reference. Its intelligent relay output system supports various load capacities: 10A at 220V AC, 20A at 12V DC, and 20A at 24V DC, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of heating and cooling devices.

Its programmable interface offers user-adjustable parameters such as hysteresis, delay time, temperature calibration, and upper/lower limit settings—allowing full control over thermal behavior.

Housed in a rugged yet lightweight body, the W3230 is built to perform under challenging conditions, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C and relative humidity tolerance of 20% to 85%.
